Which payment method can I use?

Credit and prepaid cards, almost all circuits, without any commission costs

  • Payment is safe and guaranteed by Nexi.
  • In case of cancellation or refund of the order, the money will be available on your card within a few days.

PayPal account:

  • Possibility to pay also with a bank account.
  • Buyer protection to secure your internet purchases.
  • Reimbursement of expenses in the event of a return

Wire transfer

  • Zero commissions, excluding those required of you by your banking institution
  • Delivery times must be calculated from the arrival of the transfer

Financing

  • The acceptance of the loan will be almost immediate, personal data or company name will be requested
  • The costs of opening the file and any TAN and APR will be mentioned in the contract that you will be asked to accept
  • Shipping times may vary depending on the acceptance of the loan

How do shipping costs vary?

How do I sign up?

  • On the Home page, at the top right, click on Account and then on registration
  • Registration can be done by a private person (indicating the tax code), a company (indicating the necessary data)
  • You can log in quickly using the three icons at the bottom that indicate Google, Amazon, Facebook; by connecting with the same account used for these.

How do I know the amount of shipping costs?

  • After placing the item in the cart, click on the icon (envelope) at the top right, and then on the right you will find "estimate of transport costs", click, enter the required data and then click on "estimate costs"
  • Please note that if the object is changed or the quantity of goods in the cart increased, the amount may vary

I want to cancel an order, how do I do it?

  • Send an email to customer service customerservice@csolutionshop, indicate the order number and wait for confirmation of cancellation
  • If the request is subsequent to the shipping times mentioned at the time of the order, we will in any case charge the transport costs for returning the object to the warehouse
  • The amount paid will be refunded within 7 days, to the payment account used by you

My package has not arrived, what should I do?

  • Send an email to servizioclienti@csolution.shop, indicating the order number, one of our employees will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue

How do I know when the delivery is due?

  • At the time of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email to the address indicated during registration, where you will be given the courier's Tracking number.
  • Any special shipments, change of address, different name must be mentioned when ordering

How can I find an item if I don't know the exact code?

  • Always find the search bar at the top of the page, you can select the category to filter the results or write the name or brand of the product
